Job Description :

Looking for a rewarding career in healthcare? We are seeking a Concierge to assist our guests with their various needs and requests — and by helping make sure their stay with us will be as successful and comfortable as possible.

Responsibilities :

• Assist guests with their needs and requests
• Work on rehab floor and collaborate with various departments to ensure patient satisfaction
• Scan documents, make appointments, schedule transportation, and perform other customer service duties

Requirements :

Strong verbal communication skills

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to multi-task and be flexible in an upscale, fast-paced environment
