Automotive Service Advisor

Here at Biggers Auto Group, we are looking for a Service Advisor to join our privately-owned, local dealership group and set both ourselves and your career up for success. In this position, you are responsible for partnering with the customer through all aspects of the vehicle repair experience. We will provide all the tools, personnel and support for success. We will train some one with great customer service skills and a willingness to learn.

Pay Range of 40k to 95k yearly

Responsibilities of our Service Advisors

Greet customer as they arrive on the service lane.

Preform walk around inspection.

Provide customer with maintenance needs based on menu and inspection.

Provide estimate on completion times and prices.

Keep customer updated of repair progress.

Perform redelivery upon vehicle completion.

Qualifications for our Service Advisors

Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the workday

Outgoing and friendly, especially while handling objections

Quality customer service skills and sales track record

Strong interpersonal and communications, in-person and over the phone

Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process

Persistent, competitive and good work ethic

Focuses on the customer's needs to enhance dealership and personal sales

GM or Mazda Experience a Plus

Reynolds Experience a plus
