Job Description : Accounting & Inventory Analyst

Location : 64 Industrial Parkway, Woburn, MA (On-site)

Reports To : Director of Operations

Overview :

Xico Lighting is seeking an experienced Accounting & Inventory Analyst with at least 5 years of professional experience to join our Operations team. This role is critical in ensuring accurate alignment between our financial system (QuickBooks) and the physical inventory on hand. It is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in accounting and / or operations in a manufacturing business to contribute directly to a rapidly growing company. The ideal candidate brings proven experience in accounting and inventory control and is eager to take ownership, streamline processes, and grow their career as part of a dynamic and expanding team.

Role & Responsibilities :

Inventory Maintenance & Reconciliation :

• Maintain organized and documented physical inventory.
• Regularly reconcile QuickBooks data with physical inventory counts.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies, working across Operations, Purchasing, and Finance.
• Lead and support cycle counts and quarterly / annual inventory audits.
