Security Supervisor

Supervise the daily activities of assigned area(s).

• Identify observations or trends having a negative impact on the campus and assist with the development of action plans.
• Conduct follow-up investigations on incident reports and analyze incidents and conditions.
• Monitor associate adherence to policies and procedures.
• Oversee the training and development of staff.
• Develop, coordinate and implement shift schedules to ensure proper security coverage and protection of the Hospital.
• Assist with preparing security budgets.
• Maintains expenses within budget guidelines.
• Assist manager with daily operation of the department including, interviewing, disciplinary actions, staff management and contract management.
• Coordinate emergency drills.
