On-Call : Required every 3 weeks (on-call compensation applies)

Mileage reimbursed at $0.50 per mile

On-call required every 3rd week ($25 / day weekday, $50 / day weekends / holidays)

Scrub colors not specified – professional attire expected

This is an onsite, field-based role – not remote

Candidates must be dependable, communicative, and confident in independent decision-making
