Overview : Dawson, MN - Manufacturing

At our Dawson, MN facility, you're at the heart of it all. As the largest pea protein plant in North America , this facility is the backbone of our operations. The Reliability Engineer’s (RE) purpose is to drive reliability performance, in compliance with all applicable standards, procedures, and policies. The RE maintains a long-term, strategic focus on opportunities that impact Dawson’s measured asset capability . They use reliability technology and tools to facilitate development of reliability strategy that improves asset reliability and availability. The RE supports site goals by the development, execution, and analysis of maintenance plans for site equipment and facilities. The RE manages the PM program and CMMS output of inspection schedules for PM, PdM and lubrication routes; identifies opportunities to improve process, planning or performance through analysis of work order flow, project demands, and expectations; and reviews utilization and cost data to recommend corrective actions to reduce costs. The RE provides technical support to Production and Maintenance, using knowledge of engineering, equipment design, predictive and preventive maintenance practices, planning, and project execution to drive equipment reliability, maintainability, and availability. The RE manages the lubrication excellence program at Dawson.

Pay Rate / Range : $ 74,497 - 93,121

This role requires the ability to commute to our Dawson manufacturing facility on a regular basis. Candidates residing in or near the Dawson, MN geographical area, or are within a reasonable relocation distance, are strongly preferred.

• The salary for this role will be based on qualifications, experience, market data, and internal equity. Actual pay may vary due to factors such as location, skills, education, and performance. Pay is determined transparently, using market benchmarks and ensuring internal equity.
