Manager, Global Travel & Expense
The Manager, Global Travel & Expense is responsible for overseeing ITT's expense reimbursement process, including ownership and administration of our Concur Expense Management system, and reporting and compliance with ITT's T&E Policies. Additionally, this role will partner closely with our TMC and corporate card provider. The Manager, Global Travel & Expense will lead our T&E team through day-to-day operations. This role will also ensure the execution of the T&E strategy and policy, implement tools, build processes, collaborate cross functionally, while maintaining an exceptional employee experience. The role will report directly to the Director of AP and T&E.
Essential Responsibilities
- Lead and develop Travel, Expense, Corporate Cards operations in compliance with internal policies, controls, and procedures
- Continuously benchmark and refine policies and procedures to align with business needs, best practices, industry regulations, standards, and trends
- Ensure the proper application of ITT's global and any local / regional expense and travel policies and procedures
- Act as point of escalation to ensure timely remediation of issues related to Concur, corporate cards, and TMC
- Execute on strategic plans to deliver value, scale, and efficiencies while improving sustainability and duty of care
- Establish a trusted relationship with cross-functional partners, including HR, Internal Audit, Sourcing, IT, and Finance
- Implement key reporting and metrics to monitor compliance, operational efficiency and quality of service; Provide detailed reporting and analysis to senior leadership
- Manage, coordinate and support the integration and onboarding of additional business units into Concur, corporate cards and TMC, special projects, analysis and ad-hoc tasks as needed
- Identify, propose and execute levers for optimizing processes, communication and savings linked to travel and expenses
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the T&E team, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Responsible for managing Internal Audit Team requests and addressing audit observations as needed.
Position Requirements
8+ years of Travel & Expense experience with 3+ years of supervisory experience requiredDeep understanding of Concur Expense and Travel ManagementExperience with Travel & Expense tool implementation, enhancements, and SOX requirementsAbility to work with a global team in a matrix organizationExcellent oral and written communication with proven ability to influence up, down and across the organizationComfortable enforcing company policies while maintaining employee satisfactionStrong project management and problem-solving skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentDetail oriented and results drivenBachelor's degree in Business Administration, a related field or equivalent experienceOther Qualifications & Desired Competencies

Annual Salary Range $103,600 to $154,800 Plus Benefits and Incentive Plans
