Position Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Bank Reconciliations, Fixed Assets, and Accounts Receivables, with a strong preference for Cost Accounting experience. The Senior Accountant will play a critical role in maintaining financial accuracy and supporting strategic decision-making.

Senior Accountant's Key Responsibilities :

• Perform and review monthly Bank Reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Manage and maintain Fixed Assets records, including depreciation schedules and asset tracking.
• Oversee Accounts Receivables processes, ensuring timely invoicing and collections.
• Support Cost Accounting functions, including inventory valuation and cost analysis.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external auditors to ensure compliance and transparency.
• Provide financial insights and reporting to senior leadership.
• The Senior Accountant will contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.
• The Senior Accountant will ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
• The Senior Accountant will support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• The Senior Accountant will mentor junior accounting staff and share best practices.
• The Senior Accountant will participate in special projects and ad hoc reporting as needed.
