Job Description
Lead daily field operations on large-scale healthcare construction projects ($40M+). Supervise and coordinate activities of project team members, subcontractors, and vendors. Serve as the primary field contact for clients, providing regular updates, facilitating site walks, and ensuring a high level of professionalism at all times. Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and infection control protocols. Maintain schedule control, quality assurance, and budget alignment. Conduct daily safety meetings, inspections, and quality control checks. Represent the company professionally in all client interactions, meetings, and presentations. Drive performance, accountability, and collaboration across all trades on site. Anticipate and resolve field-related issues proactively and diplomatically.

The Successful Applicant
This individual must bring 10+ years of industry experience, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the unique requirements of healthcare facilities. You will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of high-impact healthcare projects-leading field operations, managing teams of 7+ personnel, and serving as the face of the project to clients and stakeholders. The ideal candidate is both operationally excellent and client-facing, with the ability to present professionally, communicate clearly, and build trust with hospital executives, owners, and design partners.
