Shift : 6 : 30 AM - 7 : 00 PM

Experience :

• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 24 months of Progressive Care Unit experience.
• Experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.

Bed Side Shift Reporting (BSSR), utilization of AIDET, and hourly rounding are required for this unit and all RN units.

There will be occasional ICU / PCU patients on this unit. RN will be required to care for all acuity types.

2 years of RN experience in med / surg and the candidate needs solid PCU foundation for success in role in blended unit. BLS required by start date. There will be occasional ICU / PCU patients on this unit. RN will be required to care for all acuity types.
