What we're looking for

Someone who loves solving hard industrial problems with elegant digital tools. You speak fluent "factory" and "Figma." You're obsessed with customer insight, clarity, and building the right thing fast.

You'll own :

• Translating messy real-world pain points into structured AI product specs
• Writing PRDs and sketching UX flows that engineers and customers love
• Leading cross-functional sprints with design, data, and software teams
• Interviewing users on shop floors and distilling insights into iterations
• Supporting pre-sales and helping customers go live and stay happy
• Keeping an eye on the competitive landscape and emerging industrial AI trends
