100% Remote - Customer Service Representative (CSR)

We have a 6+ Months Contract position for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) with an Insurance customer. This project is through a Consulting Firm. This will be 100% remote opportunity. The rate we have on this is $18hr on W2 without benefits Shift timing : 8-5 EST & 10-7 EST Must have experience supporting Life Insurance / Death Benefits / Insurance Beneficiary process (MUST HAVE). MUST HAVE EXPERINCE WORKING IN A IN-BOUND CALL CENTER ENVIORMENT OR IN-BOUND CALLS.
