Analytics Consultant

Job Description

Datavail is seeking a talented Tableau, Oracle Analytics Server and Informatica Administrator Consultant. The person in this role works closely with users to understand, install, configure, and making recommendations on best practices on Informatica cloud (IDMC), OAS 7.x and Tableau Server or similar analytic tool experience a strong plus.

Job Description :

• Develop and document technical architecture, system de signs, performance test results, and other technical aspects of OBIEE, Tableau and Informatica implementations
• Provide infrastructure and platform sizing for projects, sites including hardware and software requirements
• Support Tableau and Oracle analytics server platform administration including Infrastructure builds, patching, upgrades and maintenance
• Hands of API development experience to assist in development and deployment of custom Tableau extensions
• Implement MUD RPD setup in OAS
• OAS single sign on implementation and SSL setup
• Experience with Tableau Catalog, Tableau migration utility and Tableau server monitoring
• Hands on experience with OBIEE to Oracle Analytics Server upgrade
• Hands on experience with Tableau server upgrades
• Experience in Tableau standardization of report and security
• Hands on experience with OAS and Tableau reports and performance tuning of reports
• Hands on experience with Oracle Analytics Server SSL and windows native authentication
• Power BI and Cognos reporting experience is preferred
• Experience with Snowflake is a plus
• Advanced knowledge of shell scripting
• Experience with python programming for Data Engineering activities
• Having knowledge on Python3 and usage of Data Engineering libraries
• REST API integration experience in IDMC / CAI
• Knowledge in different databases like SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL and Snowflake
• Experience with processing different file formats in informatica
• Configure IICS security with SSO enablement and role management
• Maintain detailed documentation in confluence up to date
• Understanding the concepts of Datawarehouse / Data Lake / Data Marts
• Thorough knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and experience in working with release teams
