Job Description :

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a PRN position in a healthcare facility in Frederick, MD. As a PRN LPN, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of Registered Nurses and Physicians. Key Responsibilities :

• Provide direct care to patients according to the care plan established by the healthcare team.
• Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments, including injections and IVs.
• Assist with patient assessments and document health status, noting any changes.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to update care plans and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and general health practices.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed.
