Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time position is available for a Special Education Teacher specializing in moderate severe or extensive needs, serving kindergarten through second grade students in an elementary school setting. Located in Morgan Hill, CA, this role provides the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the educational journey of 8-10 students with diverse learning requirements.

Responsibilities include :

• Developing and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to the unique needs of students with moderate severe or extensive disabilities
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Delivering instruction that promotes academic, social, and emotional growth
• Utilizing specialized teaching strategies and assistive technology to enhance learning outes
• Monitoring student progress and maintaining accurate records in pliance with district and state guidelines

Qualifications :

This is a direct hire role for the 2025-2026 school year, from August 11, 2025, to June 5, 2026. The position requires a mitment of 40 hours per week, offering consistent and supportive work hours within a positive school environment.
