Qualifications :

• At least 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Active Journeyman Electrician License
• Sound experience in Commercial Service / Maintenance.
• Flexible to be able to work customer directed schedule when needed.
• Strong safety record
• Detail and goal oriented
• Troubleshooting Skills
• Familiarity with electrical systems from 120 / 240 single phase through 480v three phase.
• Data, fire alarm and control familiarity are a plus
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with a willingness to adapt to any situation.
• Familiarity with technology and a willingness to learn and adapt to various ways of communicating with the customer
• Positive and Can Do! attitude, self-motivated, strong work ethic, and team player Commitment to continual personal and professional growth

Working / Environment / Physical DemandsJob Requires working in all elements, depending on job location, time of year (heat, cold, rain, and snow). Must be able to utilize construction site sanitary facilities (Porta-Johns). Job requires employees to have personal tools with them at all times (waist tool belt as worn- weighs approximately 30 lbs.). Work from all types of ladders (step ladders up to 14, A frame ladders and all sizes of extension ladders and carry and relocate up to 12 step ladder by oneself.)
