job_description.job_card.job_descriptionDental assistant certificate from an accredited vocational school (preferred, but not required) 1+ years of dental assisting experience (preferred) Current BLS and CPR certification (preferred, but not required) Excellent understanding of dental hygiene procedures Knowledge of aseptic and sterilization techniques Excellent written and verbal communication skills Follow instruction and training guidelines for endodontic practice Gather patient information and health background Prepare the work area for procedures Take x-rays of patients' teeth when necessary and display results for the dentist Assist the dentist during examinations and dental procedures Prepare materials for surgical procedures Educate patients on post-operative instructions Restock treatment areas and monitor inventory Sterilization, adhere to offices standards and universal precautions Two Decades of Trust : Join a practice with a proven track record of excellence, serving the community for over 20 years. Position Schedule : Monday 8 : 30am 4 : 00pm, Tuesday 8 : 30am 5 : 00pm, Wednesday 8 : 30am 5 : 00pm, Thursday 8 : 30am 5 : 00pm, Friday 8 : 30am 2 : 00pm
