Family Practice-Southwestern IA Reports to : CMO / CEO Relocation and Sign On Bonus Eligible Primary Function : Responsible for Advancing Exceptional Care by setting the tone for evidence based, collaborative clinical care, and outcomes driven patient experiences. The Physician will provide direct patient care through the performance of medical diagnostic, therapeutic and management functions utilizing best practices, protocols or guidelines developed by the individual service / program in accordance with the philosophy, goals and objectives of the health system. Education and / or Experience Graduate of a medical school in the United States or Canada accredited by the Liaison Committee on Medical Education (LCME) Graduate of medical school in the United States or Canada accredited by the American Osteopathic Association (AOA). Graduate of medical school outside the United States or Canada who have received a currently valid certificate from the Education Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG).
