Reporting to and collaborating closely with the Manager of Learning and Development, you'll be at the forefront of shaping the future of training by harnessing the power of technology and innovation. Get ready to empower professional growth and drive our organization towards greater success!
Your Role in Action : Shaping Excellence in Training
As a Training Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our hybrid training programs, including New Hire Orientation, CPR / First Aid / AED certifications, and Safety Care (QBS) certifications. Here's how you'll make a difference :
- Leadership in Training
Lead or co-lead engaging New Hire Orientation sessions, ensuring new hires are well-prepared and informed.
Manage training records, update training documentation, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Embark on 10-15% travel to regional sites across Massachusetts, delivering impactful training sessions to staff.
Collaborate on the assessment and redesign of training materials, enhancing PowerPoint presentations and handouts for both live and online modules.
Your Skills and Talents : A Winning Combination!
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications is a must.
Ability to support training needs with occasional weekend or evening sessions.
