Technical Support Engineer II

Overview

Allegheny Science & Technology (AST) is seeking a Technical Support Engineer II to support our team in Clarksburg, WV.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum Experience : Four (4) years of direct engineering / programming / operations experience, of which at least two (2) must be specialized. Specialized experience includes demonstrated experience in areas specifically relevant to the order's tasks, experience implementing and maintaining Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs), experience developing, modifying, and validating software tools or scripts, familiarity with bulk data processing techniques and large-scale file transformations, or Direct experience with Electronic Biometric Transmission Specification (EBTS) / Electronic Fingerprint Transmission Specification (EFTS) formats.
• Minimum Education : Associate's degree (or equivalent) in a discipline related to contract tasks.
• Experience and Education Equivalency : Doctorate degree with zero (0) years; Master\'s degree with zero (0) years; Bachelor\'s degree with two (2) years; or five (5) years of experience.
• Certifications / Clearances : Professional certification in areas as required by contract tasks.
