Key Responsibilities
Provide real-time online portal support, managing customer inquiries and requests
Document and analyze support issues, collaborating with IT and Training & Development teams
Research and present innovative digital experience support technologies and enhancements
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in communications, Business / Marketing, Insurance, or related field
Minimum of 4 years' experience in insurance, financial, or related industry
One year experience with ServiceNow platform strongly preferred
Experience working with Product Development and / or IT leadership
Highly proficient with Microsoft Teams, Office Suite, and digital production platforms
