Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist clients with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
  • Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
  • Ensure clients' homes remain clean, safe, and comfortable.
  • Accompany clients to appointments and run errands as needed.
  • Follow each client’s care plan, respecting both their needs and preferences.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of all client information.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and agency policies to ensure a secure environment.

Required Qualifications :

  • Valid driver’s license.
  • CPR / First Aid certification.
  • Active CNA, GNA, or CMT license for Maryland.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Must be a resident of Maryland, the District of Columbia, or Virginia.
