Key Responsibilities
Manage the ATS for job postings, candidate processing, and compliance with regulatory requirements
Develop and implement market-specific strategies for filling openings and building candidate pipelines
Partner with agency leadership to meet recruitment needs using creative sourcing strategies and analytics
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of full cycle recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare
College degree or equivalent experience required
Advanced knowledge of recruiting best practices, including ATS management
Experience in developing recruitment strategies based on market data
Ability to serve as a brand ambassador and promote organizational opportunities
