A company is looking for an Associate Director, GRA PMO Project Management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of assigned GRA initiatives, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget
Collaborate with initiative sponsors and functional leads to define goals, success metrics, and deliverables
Develop clear communications that articulate project progress, outcomes, and business impact
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred
8+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a regulated or global environment
3+ years of experience in R&D Operations (regulatory, clinical, pharmacovigilance, etc.)
Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies; PMP or similar certification preferred
Strong understanding of R&D drug development with experience in regulatory affairs
