Key Responsibilities
Implement Lightning Web Components, Apex, Flows, and configurations based on acceptance criteria
Enforce quality standards and participate in peer reviews for continuous improvement
Collaborate with Engineers and stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent education and experience
3-6 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments
Proficiency with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL / SOSL, and Flows
Experience with REST integrations and SFDX / Git workflows
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II and Administrator certifications are a plus
