Internal Communications Manager

A company is looking for an Internal Communications Manager (Virtual).

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute internal communication strategies for key organizational initiatives

Oversee and optimize internal communication platforms, managing content planning and distribution

Create compelling written and visual communications to enhance storytelling and reinforce the organization's culture

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field with five years of experience, or a High School Diploma with nine years of relevant experience

Experience in developing and executing communications strategies for internal audiences

Proven ability to translate complex business initiatives into relevant messages for diverse audiences

Graphic design and visual communications expertise, including proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Canva

Strong project management skills, capable of balancing multiple projects and deadlines
