Data Entry Specialist

Rightstone is looking for a Data Entry Specialist to join our team in St. Charles, Illinois 60174. This pays $20 / hr. on W2, with a 3-months contract duration, and a potential to be permanent. This role will assist with data management within the companys HRIS / Payroll system (ADP Workforce Now). The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with payroll and benefits data, ensuring accuracy and consistency while navigating ADP systems. Schedule : Monday Friday, 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM CST / EST (40 hours per week, no OT)

Work Arrangement : Remote or On-Site (must reside in EST or CST time zones)

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain accurate HRIS and payroll data in ADP WFN .
• Support benefits data entry, audits, and reconciliation.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in all data entries and system updates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies in employee records.
• Collaborate with HR / Payroll teams to support reporting and administrative tasks.
