Team / Role Overview This role is a senior level position responsible for leading the EMEA Cash Middle Office Trade Support and CMS teams to include process, control oversight and team management.
What You'll Do
- Regional ownership and oversight of daily processes, risks and controls, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all tasks
- Identify barriers to excellent stakeholder service; drive escalation and resolution plans with focus on improving client experience
- Identify key risks for the unit, conduct deep dives, identifying weakness in processes, procedures and controls. Lead and drive remediation.
- Lead regional & offshore team, providing proactive performance management and addressing performance issues
- Deliver on all Consent order related items including development of strategy to integrate Balance sheet account ownership and substantiation processes.
- Provide motivation, direction, coaching & feedback to onshore team
- Act as a solutions advisor and business partner to the Equities business
- Be key escalation point for the business and senior stakeholders
- Track and monitor technology issues and metrics that have an impact on our ability to deliver for our stakeholders and clients.
- Take the lead with all stakeholder engagement

10+ years of relevant experienceSenior to advanced level experience in a related role with commensurate experience in people management preferredExperience in management with Banking and Financial Institutions preferredIn-depth understanding of opportunities that exist within Financial Services and significant experience in Corporate BankingDemonstrated success coordinating with senior leadership and in managing othersProven ability to manage various concurrent activities / projects in a high-risk environmentEffective project management and negotiation skillsConsistently demonstrated clear and concise written and verbal communicationRequired Licensing / Registration : Series 7, Series 99Education
Bachelor's degree / University degree or equivalent experienceMaster's degree preferredJob Family Group : Operations - Transaction Services

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range : $115,840.00 - $173,760.00
