What You'll Do
Diagnose, interpret test results and treat common acute and chronic adult / pediatric illnesses, applying evidenced-based medical practicesCollaborate with the patient and patient’s family to create and execute treatment plans and ensure proper coordination of care to optimize patient’s health progressMaintain patient Electronic Medical Record dataRefer to specialists when appropriateCollaborate with regional and central leadership to meet health quality and clinical excellence goalsQualifications
Unrestricted and active California Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner License2+ years of PA / NP experienceCurrent BLS, ACLS certificationCurrent California DEA certificate prior to start dateProficiency with EMRsFluent SpanishYou’re Great for This Role If You Have :
At least one year of experience working as a physician assistant or nurse practitionerInternal medicine or primary care experienceInterest in working with Medicare patientsEnvironmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions
Our organization follows an in-person work structure where the expectation is to work onsite on a daily basis, Monday - Friday, 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 30 PM. The clinic is located at 3975 Jackson St. Riverside, CA 92053.The base pay range for this role is $70 - $74 per hour.
