About the Role :

The Production Operator plays a critical role in the manufacturing process by ensuring that production lines operate efficiently and safely to meet quality and output targets. This position involves operating various production equipment, including sewing machines and packaging tools, to assemble and package products according to company standards. The operator is responsible for performing quality checks throughout the production process to maintain high standards and identify any defects early. Working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, the Production Operator must adhere to safety protocols and maintain consistent productivity while standing for extended periods. Ultimately, this role contributes directly to the smooth functioning of the assembly line and the timely delivery of finished goods.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Basic ability to read, write, and understand English to follow instructions and safety protocols.
  • Previous experience or familiarity with production-related work in a manufacturing environment.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift or carry moderate to heavy weights as part of daily tasks.
  • Basic knowledge of operating production equipment such as sewing machines and packaging tools.
  • Ability to perform quality checks and maintain attention to detail throughout the production process.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and another language to facilitate communication in diverse teams.
  • Experience working on assembly lines within a manufacturing or production setting.
  • Formal training or certification related to manufacturing processes or equipment operation.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of workplace safety standards and best practices in manufacturing.

    • Responsibilities :

  • Operate and monitor production equipment such as sewing machines and packaging machinery to ensure continuous workflow.
  • Perform routine quality checks on products during and after production to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Follow detailed instructions and safety guidelines to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Assist in the assembly line process by handling materials, assembling components, and packaging finished products.
  • Lift and carry materials and products as required, ensuring proper handling techniques to prevent injury.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to support operational efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors, including reporting any equipment malfunctions or production issues.

    The required skills enable the Production Operator to efficiently manage and operate various production equipment, ensuring smooth workflow on the assembly line. Bilingual abilities and basic English proficiency facilitate clear communication with supervisors and team members, which is essential for understanding instructions and reporting issues. Skills in production packaging, sewing machine operation, and quality checks are applied daily to maintain product standards and meet output goals. Physical capabilities such as standing for long periods and lifting heavy materials are critical for handling the demands of the manufacturing environment safely. Preferred skills, including additional language proficiency and formal training, enhance the operator's ability to contribute to team collaboration and adapt to complex production processes.

    Monday - Thursday - 6am -4 : 30pm (Shift 1)

    Monday - Thursday - 4 : 30pm - 3 : 00am (Shift 2)

    Friday - Sunday - 6am - 6pm (Shift 3) Work 36 get paid for 40
