Network Product Lead

A company is looking for a Network Product Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Engineer the network as a product, continuously improving its performance through design interventions

Own a unified portfolio across platform, programs, and capital, allocating budgets based on expected innovation throughput

Lead experimentation and measurement, establishing methods and metrics for interventions while ensuring network-wide alignment

Required Qualifications

12-15+ years of experience in leading product, platform, or ecosystem organizations; 5+ years at a VP / CPO level or equivalent

Proven track record in designing and scaling networked or marketplace products

Experience in running rigorous experimentation programs and making data-driven resource decisions

Comfortable operating in complex, decentralized, or multi-stakeholder environments

Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams across product, engineering, programs, and operations
