The Role

Position : Executive General Manager (GM)

Reports To : Ownership & Operations Leadership

Supervises : Executive Chef, Beverage Director, FOH & BOH Management Teams, and all restaurant staff

The Executive GM will oversee the entire operation of Maydan and Medina , ensuring both restaurants maintain the highest standards of hospitality, service, and financial performance. This individual will lead the management teams at both locations, aligning daily operations with our core values, brand vision, and business objectives.

This position requires a strong, strategic leader who can balance big-picture thinking with hands-on restaurant management . The ideal candidate will be adept at team development, financial oversight, guest experience optimization, and operational efficiency while championing a culture of hospitality, teamwork, and excellence.

• Mentor and develop FOH and BOH leadership teams , fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
• Establish clear expectations, accountability measures, and growth pathways for all management staff.
• Lead by example, embodying a guest-first philosophy and a commitment to exceptional hospitality .
• Support recruitment, training, and retention efforts to build strong, engaged teams.
