About the Role

As a Civil Engineering EIT, youll work closely with experienced engineers on a wide variety of exciting civil design projectsfrom master-planned communities and municipal infrastructure to urban redevelopment and educational facilities . Youll be mentored by industry veterans, contribute to real-world solutions, and develop your technical expertise in a supportive and growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the design, planning, and coordination of civil engineering projects under senior guidance

Prepare engineering reports, construction documents, and technical specifications

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including surveyors, architects, and contractors

Participate in client and municipal meetings to support project communication

Pursue PE licensure with firm-supported professional development initiatives

Qualifications

Education : Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (required)

Licensure : EIT certification in Texas or ability to obtain within 6 months

Experience : 2+ years of civil engineering experience preferred

Technical Skills :

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D and / or Bentley software preferred

Eligibility : Must be authorized to work in the United States
