JOB SUMMARY

UT Southwestern is actively seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Clements University Hospital Operations team. We're looking for someone with a strong background in project management for construction of hospital and / or research facilities . As a Project Manager for our hospital facilities, you'll work under the general direction of the Senior Manager of Construction, taking the lead on multiple impactful construction projects, typically valued up to $4 million, with opportunities to manage even larger initiatives. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the successful delivery of these vital projects, directly contributing to our world-class healthcare and research mission.

Work Location

Dallas Campus; onsite 100% of time, may or may not require travel to and from other UTSW facilities throughout DFW metro area.

Shift Requirement

Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

Required

4 years of project management / construction experience required with a Bachelors degree.

Equivalent industry related experience and knowledge without a degree.

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree In Architecture, Engineering, and Construction Management preferred

Design and Construction experience with academic healthcare and / or research facilities and / or project management / construction management experience with a focus in healthcare, academic, and / or research facilities
