Job Title : Client Services Coordinator

Company : Davis Ice Cream Georgia, LLC

Location : Knoxville, TN

Pay : $16–$17 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule : 25–30 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours in the future

Davis Ice Cream is a family-oriented company dedicated to providing quality products and excellent service to our customers. We are looking for a reliable and outgoing Client Services Coordinator to support our Knoxville office. This position is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and contributing to a supportive team environment.

What We Offer

  • Hourly pay of $16–$17, based on experience
  • Part-time schedule of 25–30 hours per week, with potential for growth

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
  • Enter customer orders into the computer system accurately
  • Reconcile daily sales reports with payments received
  • Create and manage customer accounts
  • Set up customers in the Web Order Program
  • Assist with Accounts Receivable (A / R) collections
  • Pull quarterly reports for rebates and billbacks
  • Maintain and update customer account information
  • Perform other general office and administrative duties as assigned

    • Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Basic computer proficiency and strong data-entry accuracy
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy office environment
  • Previous office, clerical, or accounting experience is a plus but not required
  • Dependable, flexible, and motivated to learn
