Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - Rehab - (COTA - Rehab)

StartDate : ASAP

Available Shifts : 8 D

Pay Rate : $1495.15 - $1638.30

Louisiana licensed COTA needed for 16 bed Inpatient Rehab Hospital west of Lafayette. Normal COTA skills; needs to understand GG scoring. 8a-5p schedule (depending on census). Estimated 40-45 hours / week. Saturdays as needed. (Facility usually has PRN OTAs to cover Saturdays).
