Join Our Team as a Music Store Manager!

As a Music Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in the success of our store by overseeing daily sales operations and ensuring exceptional customer service standards are met. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about music and retail management.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and inspire the sales team through coaching, mentoring, and providing the necessary support to achieve sales goals.
• Monitor and analyze financial data, inventory levels, and other key performance indicators to drive store performance.
• Ensure that all products are readily available for customers and displayed in an appealing way.
• Manage payroll as well as the recruitment, hiring, and training processes for new staff members.
• Execute daily operational tasks related to institutional sales and rental services for assigned accounts.
• Promote our Music & Arts lesson program and provide assistance to the instructional team.
• Deliver outstanding customer service consistently to enhance the customer experience.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support store operations.
