You’d be responsible for overseeing transactions from start to finish to ensure offers and counteroffers are approved for a smooth and successful sale. Compensation :
$45,000 - $60,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Oversee all administrative tasks regarding home buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to close
- Coordinate and attend all closing procedures, such as moving schedules
- Support sales agents, clients, and other parties with escrow-related paperwork, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans
- Acquire seller approval for offers and counteroffers from buyers to complete the process in a timely manner
- Ensure inspections are scheduled and assist with negotiating and completing any necessary repairs
- Acting as a liaison between real estate agents, clients, escrow officers, appraisers, inspectors, and mortgage brokers throughout the transaction

- Handling all buyer sales from contract through closing, which includes : ensuring all documents are in compliance with ADRE (e.g., executed, initialed, and signed correctly, required disclosures are secured, etc.)
- Maintaining ADRE files and the production, coordination, and processing of all information and documents pertaining to each transaction
- Monitoring and assessing the progress of the transaction so that deadlines are met and contingencies are released
- Performing administrative and clerical duties, including setting home and inspection appointments
Qualifications :
