• Working with the Care Team, assisting residents with obtaining services that best match their needs.
• Upon move-in, orient residents and families to their "new home".
• Track, prepare and implement all lease renewals and residents' service conferences.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction.

What You'll Need :

Prior experience in social services or case management preferred.   Prior marketing experience is helpful.  Benefits Available to You :
