Overview

We're representing a national property developer seeking a Project Renovation Manager to lead a 6–9 month renovation project on a large multifamily community in Scottsdale, AZ. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced construction professional with a strong background in renovations, plumbing, and CAPEX projects to oversee a high-impact, resident-occupied renovation within a respected national portfolio.

Role : Project Renovation Manager – Multifamily

Location : Scottsdale, AZ

Salary : $80,000 – $110,000 + Benefits

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of the renovation work with a key focus on repiping and plumbing system upgrades on an occupied multifamily property
  • Manage schedules, coordinate with subcontractors, ensure safety and quality standards are met
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with residents throughout the project
  • Deliver the project safely, on schedule, and within budget
  • Ensure compliance with all quality and safety requirements

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing renovation or capital improvement projects, ideally in multifamily or residential environments
  • Strong technical knowledge of plumbing systems, repiping, and building infrastructure
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, particularly in resident-occupied settings
  • Ability to lead multiple priorities and maintain a hands-on management approach
  • Local or regional experience in the Scottsdale / Phoenix area preferred
