Senior Community Manager – Asset Living

Responsibilities Oversee the entire operations of a housing community under the supervision of the Regional Manager.
Manage all phases of operations, including personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial administration, risk management, and on-site staff supervision to ensure compliance with Asset Living policies and fair housing guidelines.
Provide on-site leadership to staff and residents, ensuring safety and liability concerns are addressed.
Develop and implement resident retention programs (e.g., resident events, promotions, monthly communications) and effectively show, lease, and move in prospective residents.
Develop yearly operating budgets / forecasts and monitor financials to achieve NOI goals and timely deposits, rent collections, and vendor invoice processing.
Plan and execute marketing and leasing strategies, ensuring closings, follow-up procedures, and reporting are accurate and up to date.
Maintain property appearance through regular inspections and timely repairs; manage resources, equipment, and vendor relationships to ensure quality workmanship.
Address resident concerns and complaints to sustain resident satisfaction and retention.
Direct emergency response during property incidents and coordinate with staff, residents, and contractors within company guidelines.
Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor\'s degree preferred or four years of housing industry experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
Ability to perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
Physical Requirements Regularly communicate with others; may require standing, walking, and light physical tasks; ability to work overtime, weekends, and nights for emergencies.
Frequently remain stationary or move about the property; may climb ladders or stairs and lift up to 25 lbs.
Work in various environments and weather conditions as needed for property operations.
License / Equipment Must have reliable transportation due to emergency on-call requirements.
Salary Range : $75,000 per year to $85,000 per year
