The first round will consist of a virtual interview with the clinic manager, followed by a second interview, which will be a site visit at the Scottsdale clinic. Remote / Hybrid / On-site : 100% on-site Salary Range : $23.00 - $25.00 (based on experience) Start date : As soon as possible Direct Hire : Yes Salary range : $23 - $25 (any concerns?) Remote opportunities : There are no remote opportunities for this role (any concerns?) Any concerns with traveling to another clinic to assist if needed? Active Fingerprint Clearance Card : No worries if the candidate doesn't have one. Blue will manage this at the time of offer / onboarding. Bilingual ( English / Spanish) : Not required, but we like to ask. Planned vacation? Years of MA experience? Draw blood (comfort level)? Medical Assistant Board-certified or registered, and is it active ? Active BLS certificate (Basic Life Support)? Commute to the clinic (a less than 17-mile commute is a must) HS Diploma or GED (education will be verified in onboarding) Within 15 miles of clinic? Establish a strong rapport with the patient, to include delivering an exceptional patient care experience. Prepare patients for their visit to include communicating details around their scheduled visit, explaining all relevant information clearly, take vitals, and complete updates to patient record as required. Prepare equipment and examination rooms, and ensure clean instruments are available for the daily care center operations. Assist provider with medical treatments, procedures, and exams Manage inventory of medical supplies and equip exam rooms with appropriate supplies Perform all other duties as assigned " Excellent interpersonal skills to include maintaining courteous, friendly, and effective communications with patients, team members and external parties High school diploma or GED required; completion of an accredited medical assistance certification program or MA Certification obtained within six months of being hired. Phlebotomy Certification Required or to be obtained within six months of being hired. CPR Certification Required Electronic Medicare Records experience Customer service orientation and experience Strong communication skills across multiple modalities Highly collaborative Empathy and advocacy Exceptional organizing skill, detail-orientation Must be able to always maintain confidentiality " High school diploma or GED required; completion of an accredited medical assistance certification program
