Job Title : Registered Nurse (RN)

Hours per Shift : 12 hours

Experience : 2+ years of Critical Care and ICU experience required, 1 year of Travel Experience required

License : Minnesota RN License

Certifications : BLS, ACLS

Must-Have :

• Adult Population Experience
• Epic Experience
• Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty
• 2 Supervisory References with dates employed listed

Description :

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing compassionate quality care that is customer and family focused.

The RN assesses, diagnoses, plans, implements, evaluates, and documents care of patients according to hospital policies and standards of professional nursing practices.

The RN is accountable for the quality of nursing services delivered.

The RN defines, implements, and improves practice standards and the environment of care while promoting exceptional customer care.

Duties may vary based on the assigned patient care center, which may include differences in the required specific clinical skills.

The RN actively and consistently demonstrates the mission, vision, values, and guiding principles of the organization.

Every other weekend commitment is required.
