Responsibilities

• Coordinates with the KO and COR in making decisions impacting the overall contract to include management, staffing, and operational approach.
• Responsible for TekSynap's overall operational approach, delegation of responsibilities, and ensuring the terms of the PWS are fully executed.
• In support of a Force Protection situation, keep the COR apprised of all personnel whereabouts, to include those in a TDY location.
• Leads, coordinates, communicates, integrates and is accountable for the overall success of the program, ensuring alignment with critical agency priorities.
• Responsible for the operational planning, establishment, execution, and evaluation of a multifaceted program / project typically consisting of a set of closely related subprograms or associated activities.
• Oversees fiscal, operational, administrative, and human resources management of the program.
• Seeks and develops outside funding sources.
• Serves as principal point of representation and liaison with external constituencies on operational matters.
• Provides day-to-day technical / professional guidance and leadership as appropriate to the area of expertise.
• Manages large projects or processes and problems faced are difficult and often complex; analyzes problems / issues of diverse scope and determines solutions.
• May manage programs that include formulating strategies and administering policies, processes, and resources.
