LCS Post Delivery Program Integrated Master Schedules

This position supports the LCS Post Delivery program in Jacksonville, FL, in the development and maintenance of Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), supporting our LCS repair, maintenance, and modernization events. This position performs the following functions :
- Independently review work items and develop IMS for equipment modifications, repairs, maintenance, and technical upgrades to ensure durations meet availability milestones.
- Develop and update the IMS for post-delivery availabilities.
- Provide on-ship support for the scheduling and management of all maintenance actions at the availability location. Travel required ~25%.
- Monitor and status all work in the IMS.
- Provide schedule impacts and risk assessments.
- Provide updates to LM Senior management on progress of selected availabilities.
- Coordinate Schedule Performance Index (SPI) reporting to LM senior management and the US Navy customer.
- Work in a shipyard / shipboard environment.
- US Citizenship is required. Candidate must be able to obtain a Final DoD Secret Security Clearance.

Basic Qualifications :
Experience developing and maintaining Integrated Master SchedulesDemonstrated proficiency with MS Project scheduling softwareExtensive, applied use of MS Excel in creating detailed, interactive spreadsheets, workbooks, and databasesAbility to effectively communicate project status to the customerAbility to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.Proficient in MS Office products.US Citizenship is required. Candidate must be able to obtain a Final DoD Secret Security Clearance.Desired Skills :
A proven ability with creating reports by relating and extracting data from a variety of software platformsSelf-driven and results-oriented individual capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentKnowledge of ship-board systems and maintenance tasks with the ability to de-conflict maintenance activitiesExperience executing ship maintenance availabilities.Team player with process improvement qualities; organizational skills; and attention to detail.Navy ship engineering and systems familiarity.Navy maintenance process and resources familiarity.This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
