Account Solutions Support Supervisor

At Regions, the Account Solutions Support Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations of a team of non-exempt associates within Account Solutions.

Primary Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, supervises, and evaluates workflow to meet operational requirements, recommended improvements and performance monitoring standards
• Oversees the daily application of organizational policies and procedures that drive performance and promote the Account Solutions culture
• Tracks and coaches team member performance
• May collect high risk, seriously delinquent or loans requiring special attention
• Oversees processes related to bankruptcy, litigation, repossession / remarketing, collection agencies, account sales
• Oversees specialty collection processes including vendor supervision, general ledger processing and balancing, vendor invoice processing, and team compliance

This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

This position is intended to be onsite, now or in the near future . Associates will have regular work hours, including full days in the office, three or more days a week. The manager will set the work schedule for this position, including in-office expectations. The location available for this role is Hoover, AL.

Compensation Details

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include : experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.

Job Range Target :

Minimum : $59,484.70 USD

Median : $82,560.00 USD

Incentive Pay Plans : This job may participate in an annual discretionary bonus plan.
