The Clinic Nurse at Holton Family Medicine plays a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care within a family medicine clinic setting. This position involves assessing patient health, administering treatments, and collaborating closely with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care plans. The nurse will be responsible for monitoring patient progress, educating patients and families on health management, and maintaining accurate medical records. By providing compassionate and efficient nursing services, the Clinic Nurse contributes to improved patient outcomes and overall clinic efficiency. This role demands adaptability, clinical expertise, and a commitment to upholding the hospital’s standards of care and patient safety.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Kansas.
• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an accredited nursing program (diploma, associate, or bachelor’s degree).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or equivalent.
• Demonstrated clinical experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in outpatient or clinic nursing.
• Strong understanding of nursing principles, patient care standards, and medical terminology.
