As an Instructional Coach at Out Teach, you'll be at the forefront of our bold strategic plan to unlock student potential through real-world learning experiences. You won't just support teachers, you'll empower them to take their classrooms outside and bring science to life in ways that are engaging, equitable, and lasting.

Our Strategy, Your Impact

From 2025 to 2028, Out Teach is doubling down on what works : supporting teachers, expanding access, and embedding outdoor experiential learning into the fabric of school culture. Our strategic goals include :

• Growing the number of high-impact teachers with the tools and confidence to teach science outdoors.
• Improving academic outcomes by integrating real-world learning experiences into the core curriculum.

As a Coach, you'll play a pivotal role in all these goals, working shoulder-to-shoulder with educators to co-plan lessons, model dynamic instruction, and build enduring partnerships that outlast any single training day.

Candidates selected will become part of our Coaching Corps, working with Out Teach on an as-needed basis. We welcome applications from candidates that are able to work remotely and in-person in Denver, CO.
