Director of Product Strategy

A company is looking for a Director of Product Strategy to lead the vision and strategy for retirement plan participant solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business partners to understand customer and business needs

Develop product strategies and execution plans based on market understanding

Communicate vision and objectives to internal teams and ensure governance for services

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required, with 10+ years in wealth management or product management

Strong understanding of the retirement industry and employer-sponsored retirement plans

Experience in building education and advisory programs for individuals

MBA or related graduate degree with finance / economics emphasis preferred

Proven ability to develop innovative global asset class products
