Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas is looking to add to our Underwriting team and has an opportunity for an Underwriting Database Management Specialist. This position supports the data needs of the Underwriting department. This role is responsible for extracting, importing, and linking data from various sources, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of underwriting tools, and developing reports to support rating and underwriting decisions. The specialist serves as a subject matter expert on underwriting tools, analyzing software needs, improving reporting capabilities, and driving process improvements.

Compensation

$83,280 - $99,000

Exempt Grade 16
